Mishra and Koehler (2006) conceptualized a framework for investigating the development of teacher knowledge that acknowledges the complexities and interactions between content, pedagogical and technological knowledge. These domains interact with each other to produce “effective discipline-based teaching” (Harris, Mishra & Koehler, 2009, 396)
